The Hôtel & Suites Normandin Québec City is offering few rooms located on the main floor to can accommodate guests traveling with their pets. All those rooms are located on the main floor and near an outdoor exit controlled by the guest magnetic key card. Every pet staying with us will receive a welcome package kit. However, in order to ensure comfort and respect for all of our customers, we ask the owner of these special visitors to observe some specific rules.
At the third step of your online booking process, please select the ‘’Pet Friendly’’ option.

● Few rooms on the main floor are petfriendly.
● A pet fee of $25 per night is required, up to a maximum of $100 per stay.
● Any stay longer than 7 days will not be accepted.
● Only cats and dogs are accepted, maximum weight of 50 pounds, 2 pets maximum per room.
● If you need to leave the Hotel for a long time, no animal should be left alone in the room. For short absence animals should be placed into a travelling cage.
● When traveling within the Hotel with the animal, it must be on a leash or in your arms.
● Pets are not allowed in the breakfast area, in the gym or on any other floor than the main floor.
● It is your responsibility to pick up after your pet. We offer waste disposal bags in our designated pet safe walking areas.
● For a damage or noise complaint, extra fees could be charged.
