What is the difference between a room, a studio and a suite?
Our rooms provide everything you need for a comfortable stay, with configurations that include one King bed, one Queen bed or two Queen beds.
The King Studio also features a private workout area. Our suites offer additional space and special features that vary by category, such as a living area, a separate bedroom or a therapeutic bathtub.
Which room is best for a family stay?
The Family Suite is specially designed for families. It accommodates up to two adults and three children under the age of 12 and includes a separate bedroom, a living area, one Queen bed and a bunk bed with one Twin bed and one Double bed.
For a family of four, the Urban Room with Two Queen Beds and the Urban Queen Plus Room are also excellent options.
Which room is best suited to a business trip?
The Urban Room with One King Bed provides a comfortable and functional setting for business travellers. Guests who would like to maintain their fitness routine in the privacy of their room may also choose the King Studio with its personal workout area.
Which suite is best for a couple’s getaway?
The Prestige Suite and Loft Suite are especially well suited to couples. They feature either a King or Queen bed, along with a therapeutic bathtub. As the features vary from one suite to another, we recommend reviewing the description of each category before booking.
What amenities are included in the rooms?
Rooms include a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker and smart TV. Certain amenities, such as the type of coffee maker, television model and bathroom fixtures, vary depending on the room category.
Can I choose a room with a bathtub or glass-enclosed shower?
Yes. Some rooms include a bathtub and shower combination, while others feature a glass-enclosed shower or a therapeutic bathtub. The filters and room descriptions make it easy to find the options that match your preferences.
Are accessible rooms available?
Yes. The hotel offers accessible rooms with one Queen bed. Since availability is limited and individual accessibility needs may vary, we recommend contacting the hotel directly before booking.
Are pets allowed in the rooms?
Dogs weighing less than 50 pounds and cats are permitted in select ground-floor rooms, subject to availability. A maximum of two pets is allowed per room for stays of up to seven nights. About 10 minutes from downtown QC. Comfortable and clean. Better pricing than the hotels downtown. Amazing breakfast included which had a good variety of food.

Enjoyed a very nice 2 nights. In our room, we were greeted with a cozy dog bed, food and water bowl and a couple of biscuits.
