1 855 666-1226What is the check-in and check-out time?
On the day of your arrival, we guarantee that our rooms will be ready at 4 pm. On the day of your departure, you have until noon to vacate the room.
What is the cancellation policy?
You have until 4pm on the day of your arrival to cancel without extra charge. Exceptions apply for the non-cancellable/non-refundable prepaid promotion as well as for certain group reservations.
Are pets accepted?
Dogs under 50 pounds as well as cats are accepted in certain types of rooms located on the ground floor of our hotel.
Policy to follow:
- An additional charge of $25 per night is required, up to a maximum of $100 per stay.
- No stay longer than 7 nights will be accepted.
- Cat or dog only, maximum weight 50 pounds, 2 pets maximum per room.
- When travelling outside the hotel, no animal should be left alone in the room.
- When travelling inside the hotel with the animal, it must be on a leash or in your arms. When you travel inside the hotel without the animal, it must be caged in your room.
- No animals are allowed on a floor other than the ground floor.
- It is your responsibility to pick up your pet’s poop.
- For any breakage or noise complaint, a fee may be charged.
- Reservation subject to availability.

Very nice hotel. Only 10 mins from Old Quebec. Service was very nice and offered in English. [...], it is much higher quality than we expected and has a TV, clean washrooms, good showers, and a comfortable room (and king sized bed). We will consider this hotel if we return to Quebec in the future!

Room was good and with fresh linens. Though Hotel is little away from City, being near highway, it makes easy to make your way to City or towards Montmorency falls easy. Ample parking available. Many options to eat are nearby.
