1 888 622-7801What is the check-in and check-out time?
On the day of your arrival, we guarantee that our rooms will be ready at 4 pm. On the day of your departure, you have until noon to vacate the room.
What is the cancellation policy?
You have until 4 pm on the day of your arrival to cancel without extra charge. Exceptions apply for the non-cancellable/non-refundable prepaid promotion as well as for certain group reservations.
Are pets accepted?
Dogs under 50 pounds as well as cats are accepted in certain types of rooms located on the ground floor of our hotel.
Policy to follow:
- An additional charge of $25 per night is required, up to a maximum of $100 per stay.
- No stay longer than 7 nights will be accepted.
- Cat or dog only, maximum weight 50 pounds, 2 pets maximum per room.
- When travelling outside the hotel, no animal should be left alone in the room.
- When travelling inside the hotel with the animal, it must be on a leash or in your arms.
- When travelling inside the hotel without the animal, it must be caged in your room.
- No animals are allowed on any floor other than the ground floor.
- It is your responsibility to pick up your pet’s poop.
- For any breakages or noise complaints, a fee may be charged.
- Reservation subject to availability.
